Big Mike is 27 years old, 6'8" tall and has Type 1 Diabetes. Mike played Division I college basketball for Lafayette College, where he served as team captain for two seasons and was named the Patriot League Men's Basketball Scholar-Athlete of the Year in 2004. Currently, Mike is the Assistant Director of Sports Marketing at Embry-Riddle University in Daytona Beach, Florida, where he has already spearheaded several award winning campaigns. He enjoys dancing, size 16 loafers and excels at karaoke.

Tyler Byrne is 23 years old, 6'1" tall and has Type 1 Diabetes. He recently graduated from Wesleyan University with a double major in Film Studies and Government. His senior thesis film, “EXTENSION,” a story inspired by life with diabetes, was awarded a prize for “excellence in filmmaking with social responsibility and purpose” and premiered at the 2010 GenArt film festival in NYC. Tyler is also a talented musician and is proud to have written the official song for the Chris Dudley Basketball Camp for Youth with Diabetes. He currently lives in NYC, working in the film biz.

Conor Byrne is 21 years old, almost 6’ tall and has a functioning pancreas. (Bummer) He currently attends Wesleyan University and is most likely watching a movie at this very moment. In the meantime, he designs the t-shirts, oversees our branding strategy, dreams up ideas and is a proud supporter of diabetics around the world.
